Just re-joined BT but as I can see, by reading other threads that is is happening quite a bit.
Please can some one PM me so we can organise for some old account to be removed from my BTID as I can't see bills, packages and offers etc as it defaults to one of the old account.
I can provide the account numbers to be deleted.

Hi @bradshort, sorry your BTID defaults to an old account.
The quickest way of fixing this is to set up another BTID with an email address that has not been used as a BTID before and it will work ok. If you don't have another email address you can use I've sent you a Private Message so you can get in touch with the Mod team and we'll raise the request to get the current BTID fixed. This can take a week or more to be completed currently.

@JohnC2 I assume if I have already set up my BTID for my new connection using the old email, I can't sign up for a new BTID . . .?

Hi @bradshort, I can see your details in the queue so one of the team will be in touch soon.
You can always create a new BTID and claim the account holder status if you do have an email address that was never a BTID before, and you know your new BT account number.

I entered the account number to claim and then it appeared to link but logging I can see account and bills but no products as that produces an error
