Multiple Bt Accounts

Hi,

I have an old BT account that is the default in MyBT which means a chunk of functionality doesn't work.  Can someone help me resolve this please?

Hi @DodgyLogic, thanks for taking the time to speak with me yesterday. 

The old account is now removed from your BTID. Please would you log in and check all is working ok and let me know how you get on?

Sorry for the delayed response, I was away.  I now apparently have no accounts!

I get the message.

We couldn’t find any account details for that BT ID. Please try again

Hi @DodgyLogic 

Thanks for posting back.

John is out of the office today maybe I can help.

Sometimes when an old account is removed it can unavoidably take the new account detail with it from BT.com, this has been fed back previously and it doesn't always happen which makes it harder to avoid.

Can I ask when logging into your MyBT can you try to re-add your new BT Account number this should add straight away and allow you to view and manage your account online.

When I try this it says "you already have this account in your profile".

Also I tried to add myself as an account manage - but still no joy.  On the account sharing section it says this account has no users or managers.
