Hello. I am not able to speak to anyone. I do not need my landline anymore. My contract is due to end in June 2022, but can I close my account and phone line before then please. I've not made any calls since getting the new contract in June 2021. I'm paying for line rental for something I'm not using. Thank you
Can you confirm that you do not have any broadband service, as the line is needed for that?
I'd imagine you can end it early but there'll likely be some charges for doing so
