Despite repeatedly adding my acct. ref. to my online acct., it never adds. As the MyBT app. fails to work, I'm a bit stuck. Any advice on how to resolve, please?
Hi @Kingbroady welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry to see you're having problems adding your account details, can you let me know if you're getting an error message on the MyBT app?
Also, have you tried adding the account via the MyBT website? Login to MyBT on a web browser, click your details then account and on that page you can add an account.
