Hi David, I am having the same issue. It says I haven’t had an active subscription for 2 months yet I have been billed for July and August with no way of cancelling! I spoke to someone on live chat (July 10th) and they said I would be refunded by July 19th and it had been cancelled for August; yet payment has just come out again for August and still no refund for July.
