Hi I have the exact same problem. Could someone point me towards the right direction please?
I also seem to have 2 accounts associated with my email address, however the second account shows as "Closed account".

I am sorry that it's not coming up for you. Can you confirm that you've logged into your MyBT, clicked on Your products and then scrolled down to see if the Content Partners section is showing there?
