Hi. Have online lpoa for parents in law. Both have moved into care home due to dementia and ill health and require to change existing service to remove TV sport packages and broadband. Maybe even close line. However. Don't have access to their email account so not clear what they actually paying for but do have account ref. Etc. Can someone please provide me with steps to take as the service is costing a small fortune every month and these guys need every penny.....cheers. ian
