I joined BT Full Fibre back in April 2023, and subsequently referred a family member who also joined, they recieved the email to confirm 'your £50 will be with you soon' however since then nothing has been recieved by either of us, we've both paid our first two bills.
When I look online it references using the initial referral link to 'track' progress however when I use this it simply brings up the original referral link to send more, not to show progress.
Can anyone advise?
