Refer a friend email not received

Recently referred a friend for bt and they have received their £50 amazon voucher but I have not received anything - not even an email to say that my friend has tss as Ken on the offer

Sorry you haven't received your email. They're usually sent at the same time. Have you checked your spam / junk folder?

I have checked my spam & junk folders but I cannot find anything, was unaware that my friend had accepted the offer until today when they informed me that they had received their Amazon voucher
