Remove Old BT accounts

Hi I have 2 old accounts in my BT account as per below, can I get these removed. As a as a result of this, I am unable to sign up to TNT sports, a.k.a. discovery plus as it keeps selecting one of these two inactive accounts, whereas I want it to select my active account.

Hi @Tarikul91 Welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry you're experiencing problems signing up for the Discover+ app. We normally fix these by deleting the BT ID which enables you to re-create it with only your active account number. I'll send you a private message so you can contact the moderation team with your details.
