I have tried this - I can still log into my BT - but cannot find a link to 'Return your BT kit' anywhere. I'm an ex customer and wonder if this is why.

I am sorry for the problems you're having getting hold of a returns kit. I understand you've used the link posted previously and you're still no further forward.
