Return BT equipment

Hi received an email requesting I send back my BT equipment in the return's bag, however I have not received any returns bag. I also tried to order one via 'MyBT' but the mentioned link is not on the page. 

Can I please be sent a returns bag so I can send back the equipment and avoid unnecessary charges.

this is a customer help customer  forum - your post does not go to BT

try phoning CS 03301234150 and request returns bag
