I’ve orderd a return kit 3 times now (4 times if you include BT customer service sending one out) and it still hasn’t arrived. I’ve got until 1st April to return my broadband hub or I will be charged but there’s no way of me doing this without the return label.
My address is correct but for some reason it never comes. Any help?
