I have received an email to return my kit ( a minihub which we used while waiting to have our internet installed) however there is no option to do so online despite the email saying there would be this option. I need a returns bag and a returns label sending out to me so that I am not charged for another months usage of the minihub while it sits there gathering dust!

Hi @brandon96, customer services will be able to arrange a returns bag for you if you need one.
With the Mini Hub if you still have the original packaging, and returns leaflet it came in the package, you can package it up in that bag and place the returns label over your home address. You can drop your parcel into a post box or take it to a Post Office.
