I cancelled my TV package in November and returned the equipment a day or two after I received the returns bag, at a post office.
I have been charged £140 for apparently not returning the kit and customer service are refusing the help without the tracking number. I post a lot of items every week so I unfortunately do not have the proof of postage receipt anymore. I was told to see if the post office can get the tracking number but expectedly, they don’t have that information.
I’m at a loss of what to do here because I posted the item as requested and I understand I should’ve probably made note of the tracking number but it’s been multiple months so I just simply don’t have it.
