I had to return some kit as I had to open a new account so they sent everything new.
I sent all my kit together and kept the receipts. My kit has been received but they're saying I was missing an item, the Hybrid Connect hub. Is there anyone I can speak to who can check the exact kit that was in the returns bag when it was received, as I don't fancy being billed £63 for a possible oversight by someone scanning the kit in.

I am sorry that the Hybrid Connect hadn't updated on our systems yet. I have marked it as returned for you and I can safely say that we have received everything else too. I also checked the order where you cancelled the service and stopped any further automatic scheduled contacts off the back of it.
