Returning BT Kit

Hello. I apologise for the question which I know has been asked before but note that any previous answer has been by email. I have also tried the BT 'contact' messaging service but was advised that it did not deal with issues connected with 'leaving BT' so in desperation I am asking here...

 I am soon due to leave BT and based on instruction by letter I have tried without success to find a link to 'Return your BT kit'. I have wasted a lot of time searching the site so would be grateful if anyone could point me to a hyperlink to order the required packaging.

Hi, @sliderule thanks for posting and sorry about the delay replying. The returns packaging is posted out to you automatically after you leave BT. It should arrive a few days after your service stops.
