Returning BT equipment

Hi,

I'm at the end of my contract and I am moving away from BT so I need to return my equipment.

I've received the postage bag and the royal mail returns label. However I've also have a 2nd label next to the Royal Mail label which has a reference number and barcode.

What am I supposed to do with this additional label? The instructions don't mention it so why is it even included?

Hi @Pro4TLZZ welcome to the community and thanks for posting, they should both peel off the page together and need to be stuck on the returns bag.
