Returning BT equipment

I need to return my BT smart hub but no longer have the package original sent.  We received an email saying if we need a new package then log into My BT and select return your BT kit. Well we have been looking for half an hour and we can’t find this button anywhere- please help

Thanks for taking the time to try and send the equipment back to us.

As you can no longer seem to request this online, I can have this looked into for you.

Just phone CS 03301234150 and ask for return bag
