How am I supposed to get a new returns bag for my device. I have moved house and they have sent the returns bag to the house I have moved out of.
The instructions of how to order another on is very strange and unhelpful!
has anyone had any luck with it?

There should be a link in MyBT for you to request a "Returns Kit", having said that it seems to be a game of chance whether it appears or not
