I recently left BT and returned my old hub as requested a month ago but they keep sending me messages saying that they haven't had it back and are going to charge a penalty fee.
Does anyone know how to get BT to acknowledge that they've had the kit back? I have tracking details from Royal Mail confirming that I posted it on 22/03/23.

It is presently taking about four weeks for accounts to be updated by BT after they have received returned items.
You can either wait the four weeks or call BT 0330.1234.150 with your Proof of Postage and they should be able to update your account.
