I’m hoping that someone can assist me with claiming my reward card. Order was placed for broadband on 02 March, broadband was activated on 17 March. I have yet to receive any information on how to claim my reward card. What do I need to do to claim it?

I’ve tried that route and it tells me that I have no rewards to claim.

Thanks for your patience whilst I got this sorted out.
The reward card has been ordered for you now and you'll have received an email confirming this too. I'll go ahead and close this off from my side now that this is all sorted.
