Hi all,
Joined at the start of April (6th I think) and have received two emails about claiming the Reward Card however, if I am logged in and click the Reward Card link, the BT website just displays the header and footer, nothing else.
If I log in via the normal way (and not the RC email) then the site works as normal but there is no indication of how to claim said Reward Card.
Any suggestions please ?

Sorry you can't claim your reward at the moment.
The first thing to check is that you've claimed the Account Holder status on your BTID: What's the difference between an Account holder and an Account manager in My BT? | BT Help
Once you've checked you're the Account Holder try again at: https://www.bt.com/claimmyreward
Let us know how you get on.

Sorry for the late reply.
I am an account manager however, even if the main account holder logs in, she is getting the same issue.
She has tried to log in with her details as I am typing this out now, she was presented with multiple account numbers (she had BT before) and when she clicks one, it says the account is now closed (the old account) she she clicks her account number that she currently has, she gets the header/footer scene from the attached screenshot.
She tried on my laptop, her pc and her mobile phone, all seems to be the same.

Sorry I'm just commenting back now, been sick for the last 5 or so days with some sort of nasty chest infection... fingers crossed it's the end of it now.
