Reward Card

Hello all,

I was hoping I could get some help from a moderator. Similarly like others have posted on this forum I have been unable to claim my reward card since May 2023. I have two accounts, an old account and the new one, however when I attempt to claim the reward I am met with a blank page.

Any help or assistance would be greatly received.
