Reward Card

I can't claim my reward card as the link just takes me round in circles. Any suggestions? I have tried it on my mobile and on laptop. Just can't see where to claim it.

A recent post from a moderator recommended to try this.

"If you message us from the Contact Us pages a guide will be able to help you with that"

Give that a try.
