Reward Card

Can't seem to find the right page to claim the reward. I follow the links that I've been sent but I end up on the normal log in page. Can any one help? Thanks

You need to be outside your 14 day cooling off period to claim this. Otherwise it should be listed on the home page of your myBT page.

Failing this I would suggest contacting customer care on 0330 1234 150

I'm just outside it. Although BT sent a email for me to claim it within a few days of upgrade. Thank you for your help
