I have tried to access my rewards through the link https://home.bt.com/login/myrewards However, as I have 2 accounts showing, one of them is an old account that has been deactivated, I am switched back to the old account with no products or services active, and the new account does not show anything.
Is there an alternative way to claim my rewards card without getting switched to the old account?

Thank you for posting. I'm sorry you haven't been able to claim your BT Reward Card. If you send me your details, I'll be able to do this for you.

Hi @Birty, welcome to the forum and sorry that the multiple accounts on your BTID stops you claiming your reward.
