Reward card

I moved over to bt in November 2021, broadband went live 13th December and I should of received a reward card however it’s still saying no rewards to claim, can you tell me how long it takes to show on account please?

Thanks for posting can you check your Junk email folder to ensure no email has been sent regarding your reward card?

thank you for reply, have checked email and nothing there.

@StuartH @It was Black Friday offer £90 reward card and 3 months free. Have checked account and emails and still nothing showing.
