Reward card

Hello
Been trying to get my reward card for renewing my broadband before Christmas but still haven’t got it bt tell me I have to wait from the rewards team but I have contacted them and they have said to get back in contact with bt been going back and forth getting fustrating now has anyone else had an issue like this?
