Reward card

I claimed my reward card on April 2nd I’ve had two emails one to state it’s been claimed and the other to say it’s been dispatched however I still haven’t received this?

Thank you for posting. I'm sorry you haven't received your BT Reward Card. 

As the Reward Card has been claimed you would need to contact BT Reward Card Service team on 0344 879 1068 or by email bt@purecard.com and they'll be able to chase this for you.
