I 'm unable to claim the £120 reward card offered with my package. I had problems logging into the account online initially and discovered that I still have a log in for an account I had 8 years ago. I can now log in and select the new account but no option to get the reward. The link in the email leads to a sales page. At one point I did get a screen asking me to select an account for the reward but it didn't allow me to select the new account (I don't know how I got to that page as I've just been going round in circles trying to sort this).
Can anyone help?

I am sorry for the problems you're having claiming for your reward card. We'll be able to claim for the reward card and also tidy up your BTID with the correct info.
