I recently upgraded my broadband and part of the deal was a £75 reward card . I’ve already phoned in twice to find out why I’ve not received a link to it yet . Twice I am ‘promised’ an email within 24 hours with the link and guess what ? ….. nothing ….. c’mon BT , I just want an honest answer and my promised reward card ! @@Members
