Cannot claim reward card i go into my account and there is no card showing anywhere

You ned to be out of the 14 day cooling off period befor it shows and can be claimed.

Could you please try clicking on the link under the 'How to Claim' section on our BT Reward Cards page, if you log in to your My BT account, to see if you're able to complete this.

If you still don't see an option to claim, I recommend reaching out to our customer service guides, who will be able to look into this further for you.
