I Signed up in November
Installed and claimed the reward card successfully back in November, It’s passed the wait time of 30 days and, BT say I will receive the reward in 30 days by email, The only emails I’m receiving from Bt is to Upgrade my package, No way will i upgrading, If I don’t receive the reward card I will be cancelling
If you signed up to a package and it’s been in place/installed since November, you’re well out of your cooling off period. If you tried to cancel now over the Reward Card, I can only surmise you’d be hit with extortionate cancellation fees.
Hey I’m in a similar situation as you and from the previous posts it seems some have received the rewards after chasing BT, I feel your frustration, As i also claimed the reward card in November, I contacted BT a few times still not received mine, It’s frustrating that we have to chase BT just to get a reward that was included in the offer by them
I won’t be recommending BT ever again

You can both either carry on attempting to sort this out with BT over the phone which from your posts seems to be going nowhere, or, if a Moderator hasn't already seen your posts, just pick one out who is a regular on this forum and see if they'll sort it out for you, because it seems that is the only way some customers are getting results.

@Kimberlin Thanks for your suggestion I have tried all marked solutions from here when i call CS they give me excuses after excuses , The last time i contacted them they told me it should be with me in 24hours that was on Monday
