i am trying to activate my 6 month Xbox game pass offer under the products section in my account but it keeps telling me the service is under “maintenance”?
Can anyone help me activate the offer?

I am receiving the following message, "We're sorry the system is down for maintenance, you can submit your activation request by calling us on 0330 1234 150 choose option 1 and then option 2".
I contacted customer services who asked me to wait 24 hours and try again. I have done and still can’t do it!!
I'm having problems too with the "system is down for maintenance" screen. Phoned the number and I've had an email from BT with an order number but the login on the email sends me back to the system down screen. Just going in circles as it won't open the microsoft screen!! Any help appreciated

Yes i have but they weren't very helpful, they told me to try using the web browser rather then app on my phone which gives the same issue.
