I have just moved over to BT fibre from Sky and have been trying to claim my £110 reward card. I have had an email with a link but all I get is No Rewards available? I have also noticed I have about 8 accounts? I would be grateful if someone could help?

Hi @Jshanley Thanks for speaking with me today. I've claimed your reward card and made arrangements for the old accounts to be deleted and your new account number to be added to your BT ID. This should be done in the next day or two.
