I recently purchased a new package that came with a reward card. I've had various reminders to claim my reward card but every time I try, I'm unable to get past the "choose account" page. It goes to the next page, header and footer but no content. I've seen others having the same issue, do we have a fix yet?

Yes the engineer visit was about 10 days ago. Theorder was actually placed about a month ago (long wait for the engineer installation visit).

I am sorry for the problems you've had claiming for your reward card. I have put through the claim on your behalf and you'll receive an email soon confirming this. It's a virtual reward card so you'll receive a follow on email with the card info too.
