I received an email asking me to ‘claim’ my rewards card which I did back in May. I then received an email to say they would be in touch with information on my rewards card but I still haven’t received anything.
Can anyone help please?

I’ve had a lot of issues with the installation but finally had it installed June 9th.

Hi @nat_g11 I'm sorry that the installation was delayed. The reward card is emailed to you after the 14-day cooling-off period has finished so I would expect it to arrive over the weekend or early next week.
