Hi,
I signed a new contract with BT on the 4th of January 2022 and received a confirmation email that i would receive a £75 virtual reward card soon.
On the 20th January, i received an email that said we'll send your virtual reward card soon along with the details on how to access the Digital Reward in an email shortly. The email has a Track your reward button but upon clicking it takes me to a page with a message that says "There are no rewards waiting to be claimned"
I have been checking the link regularly and waiting patiently but it has been nearly three months and i have never received the Digital card.
Could you please help me sort it out?

If you have claimed your card via BT and your virtual card email hasn't arrived within the period stated under ‘How do I claim my BT Virtual Reward Card’, please contact the BT Reward Card Service team on 0344 879 1068 or email bt@purecard.com
