Like other customers I haven't received my virtual reward card. I claimed this on 4th Feb but have not had an update. I phoned BT a few days and the staff didn't offer much help other than giving a phone number for Purecard who were unable to help as I don't have a VOL number which is issued by BT.
If there's a moderator here that can help I'd appreciate it.
