Spoken to an advisor today and struggled to get them to understand the issue, yet I see countless posts on here about it.
When I login to MyBT I see 2 old account numbers from 3 years ago and not my current number. I get bill emails (the links don't work), and if I go to billing and usage can select my current account number. But I can't see my package details or manage it properly.
Would anyone be able to resolve? I see the mods have sent many a PM to people, but don't see what the end solution was for anyone.
