XBox Ultimate Game Pass

Hi

My XBox Ultimate Game Pass has stopped working. It was valid until the 25th September 2024. It was working fine but has just stopped working as though only one month's subscription was for free. Now It only asks me to join. 

Any advice on how to rectify?
