Hi, I have the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate free for 12months.
This was gifted to my grandson and my account says expiry date in Oct this year.
It was working fine until the start of January and have just found out from him that it doesn't work anymore.
There is no way in his xbox account to reactivate it, just says Pass not valid anymore, I've gone through the posts on this forum and it seems something bt end needs sorting.
Can a moderator help with this please.

Have looked into his account and December's pass was declined.
No idea why, help needed 🤣

Hi @dianeramsay48 I'm really sorry this took longer than expected to resolve, the Xbox team called yesterday with an update but were unable to reach you. They've emailed a 12-month code and information on how to redeem it. I hope that's ok?
