I've been around the ringer on this one with BT support on this one.
I have the 900mb package from BT and get 12 months of Gamepass which I activated in Nov 2023. Today it's stopped working and I no longer have Gamepass.
Trying to activate it now, I get "We're sorry the system is down for maintenance, you can submit your activation request by calling us on 0330 1234 150 choose option 1 and then option 2."
Please can somebody help me re-activate my game pass subscription?
