I upgraded to Full Fibre 500 yesterday and part of the deal was 6 months free Xbox Ultimate Pass. I haven't received an email or text to activate it and when I go onto my app it says the system is down. Can someone help and send me the link to claim? Thanks.

You need to wait until the 14 day cooling off period has passed
BT need to make their wording clearer then when you order it. The confirmation email just said I would receive an email with the activation. Nothing mentioned about a 14 day cooling period. I would thank you but you actually haven't helped at all and I felt your response was rude 🤣
I have explned you cannot get code until cooling off has expired. This ir re-itterated in numerous post on the forum. You also need to use pc/laptop to access MYBT and look for content partners not the app
