I have been transferred to a care home from hospital and will no longer be returning to my previous residence. I therefore no longer require my BT phone connection or Internet provision.
I therefore wish to cancell my contract with BT, but am finding it difficult or impossible to communicate by my (non BT) mobile.
Can anyone please advise as to the action I can take.
Thanks

This is just a customer to customer help forum, everyone here, including myself, are just customers.
The only BT Employees are the forum moderators, who may offer to help.
Try calling 0330 1234 150
You can message BT using the "message us" links on the help pages. That is usually effective.

Thank you for your guidance. I will give them a try.
Unfortunately contacting BT led to the conclusion that I could cancel my contract by paying £294. That doesn't sound like an acceptable solution.
Unsure of next step.
I have asked a moderator to provide assistance, they may post an invite on this thread.
They are the only BT employees on this forum, and are based in the UK.
