hi there, help needed so i have just signed up to bt broadband and tried logging in but comes up with another account im guessing an old account can this be deleted as im trying to get all set up and cannot claim my reward either by following the txt or email link?
have you tried setting up your new account with a different email address?
you can try billing team using 'message us' and they should be able to help https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband
