Just ordered a BT Landline already have broadband with BT instead of adding it to .y already account number the system created another account number for the landline I ordered it using the BT app this can't be right can it.

if you already have BT broadband but selected broadband only and now want to add landline then you need to start a new contract for broadband and landline as you cannot just add landline to existing contract

I have placed an order on your account to get the Digital Voice service added on for you. It's due to complete on Tuesday.
