reward card

i find it very misleading that bt can offer you a reward card state you will recieve this after 30 days then you have to wait another 14 days i recieved text messages that my reward card was on the way still waited and then i was told to email the reward card issuer which i did and then they told me bt did not give them any information about my reward card is this not misleading now i have been told i need to pay my bill before i get this i will pay my bill then ill find another provider i dont like to be lied to and have to run around to find out what is happening with something you promised to give absolutley disgusting seriously im not happy at all

I am sorry that you have not received the Virtual Reward card as of yet.
When ordering, we present this:

It states to claim once your broadband is up and running. However, we allow you to claim early. Even though you claim early, you will not receive the Virtual Reward Card any sooner.

We issue the Virtual Reward card after the 14 day cooling off period. As long as your account isn't in follow up, IE your bill is paid, then purecard issues you the reward card.

The VOL number that they are talking about, is your order reference number with BT. You can find that VOL reference by logging in to your online billing here: https://www.bt.com/ordertracking That will give you the VOL number. Can you, please, reply back to them with the VOL reference number.
