Just to say prior to the IOS upgrade, I have not been able to access mobile usage for a week
I now have the same problem, was working fine yesterday, prior to the latest iOS update. I was on 17.4.1, but since updating to 17.5.1 it’s broke the MyBT app. Can still use the MyBT app on my wife’s phone as she is on the older release of iOS.

I think the “optimisation” didn’t work!
I’ve noticed when I install the BT app, it says ‘essential update’ as a description. Not sure if this is a change from usual?
Until yesterday MY BT App was working fine on my android phone.
When I tried to access it yesterday it suddenly wanted me to log in again and set up a new passcode which I did.
First thing I noticed is that the speed test check is no longer working.
Today when I try to log in the app just closes after use my fingerprint to access it.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app still no joy.
Have BT recently updated My BT?
Is anyone else experiencing this?

I am unable to load the MY BT app today. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it three times, it will load once after each time of reinstalling it but won't load again after each first time of reinstalling it!
same here it has to be the new apple update as it crashed just after the update and has been faulty since then did u try your update and delete and reinstall
Yes, I have un-installed it and re-installed it 3 times on my Samsung Android phone. Each time I re-install it, it works once and then stops working again?
